AUTO ATTENDANT
Customize any greetings such as “Thank you for calling Simplefone. If you know your party’s extension, you can dial it at any time.” While the greeting plays, callers are able to dial any extension on the system. Auto attendants can be customized and configured to route calls by extension dialing, name dialing, IVR or by time of day.
ATTENDANT CONSOLE
Monitor in real‐time employees’ telephone status to view user information and establish whether they are available, busy or away from their desk.
CALL CONTROL DASHBOARDS
User Web Portal – Enables individual users to change their personal call forwarding, ring duration and voice mail settings as well as search through their personal missed, dialed and received call histories.

Forward calls to any number at any time. Send calls up to three different telephone numbers simultaneously or in a pre‐established order.
CALL LOGGING
Calls are logged and viewable dating back in history. Call logging allows you to perform a detailed search based on date, caller ID, phone number, and more.

Ability to fully manage and control what happens when someone calls your phone line. CALL NOTIFICATION SCREEN POP-UP
Know the name of who’s calling before you accept the call, with a pop‐up window that appears in the lower corner of your screen with the caller’s information, you decide whether to answer the call, or route the call to voicemail. Even block unwanted callers so they don’t call again.
CALL TRANSFER
Blind Transfer – Transfer a call immediately to another extension.
Supervised Transfer – Transfer a call to another extension, with the ability to speak to the receiving party prior to the actual transfer and verify that they would like to take the call. If not, simply hit cancel and inform the caller that the person is unavailable,
External Transfer – Transfer a call, either blind or supervised, to any phone number whether in your network or not.
CALL PARKING
